Deborah Kerrigan has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004, and a resident of the Coachella Valley for 25 years. As a member of The Wurtz Team, Deborah joins her son, TJ Wurtz to provide a full-time, full-service, client-focused approach to real estate sales and service.

Along with her husband, Dr. Frank Kerrigan, Deborah raised three kids in the Coachella Valley. She is familiar with every aspect of desert life including, neighborhoods, schools, country clubs, and much more.

TJ Wurtz was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and possesses a unique insight into the valley's lifestyle. The son of PGA Tour golf professional Mark Wurtz, TJ is an avid golfer and has extensive experience and knowledge of the valley's premiere golf clubs. After playing college golf in Bellevue, WA, TJ returned home to the desert to pursue his passion for real estate and share his enthusiasm for the Coachella Valley desert lifestyle.
